Role:
- Leadership opportunity with the potential for progression.
- Reporting to and working closely with the OperationsManager and General Manager, you will have responsibility for developing and improving the performance of a high volume, fast moving 'blue collar' operation.
- You will lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- You will identify issues negatively affecting performance and implement corrective action plans to resolve.
- This is a leadership role, requiring engagement and coaching to improve performance.

35,000 - 40,000 + Bonus
