Our client is a leading provider of services to the lift industry is looking to expand their evergrowing team due to growth, they require a lift engineer to carry out services and repairs in the North West region area. The candidate must have past experience of carrying out service and repairs holding NVQ level 3 in lift engineering also. This role comes with a competetive salary of £19.00 an hour based on a 40 hour week with £300 per week standby with routes to progression within the company after probation is passed.

This role requires a manual driving licence.

Lift Service Engineer Job Overview

  • Carry out service and repairs in the North West region of England only.
  • Keep service and repair records up to date.
  • Adhere to customer sites health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose issues and malfunctions in lift systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Provide on-site support for lift systems, resolving issues to ensure minimal disruption for customers.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Lift Service Engineer Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role carrying out service and repairs.
  • NVQ level 3 in lift engineering required for this role.
  • Manual driving licence.
  • Willing to cover North-West of England.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
