Our well-established client working within the haulage industry are looking to onboard a reliable and efficient Transport Planner to join their already flourishing team!

Responsibilities:
- UK planning for a mixed fleet of vehicles including rigids and artics in the quickest and most cost effective manner
- Liaising with drivers daily regarding delivery updates
- Day to day communication with customers
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- The ability to be able to plan groupage loads
Requirements:
- Recent experience working within a Transport Planning role
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well alone as well as within a team
- Flexible working hours
- A proactive approach to work and have the ability to think on their feet
