The initiative, known as Contact Cares, aims to streamline access to health and social care services, covering areas such as nursing assessment, social care, and occupational therapy.
The Occupational Therapy Team is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence within their home environments.
Candidates should possess a strong interest in developing skills to work with adults with complex needs and will be tasked with providing specialist equipment and adaptations.
A good understanding of complex physical disabilities and prior experience in equipment provision and major adaptations are required, along with a salary of £35,000 per year.

Key to this vision is Contact Cares; which aims to simplify the way we access health and social care services from nursing assessment to social care; reablement to audiology, safeguarding to occupational therapy (medicines management).

Our Occupational Therapy Team are committed to supporting and assisting people with disabilities to improve their quality of life and be as independent as possible in their home environment. You should have an interest in developing your skills working with adults with disabilities who have complex needs and will be responsible for the provision of specialist equipment and adaptations to promote independence.

You should have a good understanding of complex physical disabilities and experience in the provision of equipment and major adaptations.
