Key to this vision is Contact Cares; which aims to simplify the way we access health and social care services from nursing assessment to social care; reablement to audiology, safeguarding to occupational therapy (medicines management).

Our Occupational Therapy Team are committed to supporting and assisting people with disabilities to improve their quality of life and be as independent as possible in their home environment. You should have an interest in developing your skills working with adults with disabilities who have complex needs and will be responsible for the provision of specialist equipment and adaptations to promote independence.

You should have a good understanding of complex physical disabilities and experience in the provision of equipment and major adaptations.
