- Work closely with the engineering team to assemble switchgear units to a high standard.
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape copper bars using appropriate tools and machinery.
- Ensure all components meet quality standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Copper Fabricator, preferably within the electrical switchgear industry.
- Skilled in using hand tools and fabrication equipment such as benders, drills, and cutters.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a fabrication setting.
