Tenancy Sustainment officer

Location - Hybrid working - St Helens Office, Liverpool Office and working from home.

Salary - 33,233

Enhanced DBS required.

Purpose of the position:

To deliver high-quality, practical advice, guidance, and support to residents and their families facing complex needs and challenging behaviours, particularly those at high risk of tenancy failure.
To empower individuals to engage with services that promote financial independence, raise aspirations, and support the achievement and sustainability of successful tenancies, ultimately reducing the risk of tenancy breakdown.

Experience:

  • Experienced in the housing and social care sectors.
  • Skilled in using software to analyse data and produce reports.
  • Strong customer service and service delivery focus.
  • Proficient in assessments and support planning with clear outcomes.
  • Confident in crisis management and risk-based decision-making.
  • Resilient under pressure with effective coping strategies.
  • Knowledgeable in safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and manage performance under pressure.
  • Committed to equality, diversity, and health & safety in all areas of work.
