Job Title: Plasterer - Social Housing

Rate: 19.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our client's team in the Social Housing sector. This role involves working on kitchens and bathrooms as part of planned maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality plastering work in both tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, rendering, and patchwork repairs
Prepare and finish walls and ceilings to a professional standard
Work efficiently within occupied and void properties, maintaining excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving License
Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
