Assist Resourcing is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to work for our client,packing products like biscuits, cereals, and crisps.
Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a food environment previously, and has previous team management experience.
Production Team Leader: Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:000
- 22:00 - 06:00
- Plenty of overtime available
Production Team Leader: Role & Responsibilities
This is a varied role andrequires someone with previous experience in food production or other production environments.
The role will include:
- Managing and organizing your teams day to day requirements on the production line
- Managing up to 10 people
- Performance management
- Taking ownership of the production line & quality matters
- Quality Checking
- Reporting issues to the shift supervisor and different departments
- Ensurecompletion of required process documentation
- Develop your team through task rotation, mentoring & coaching, and various training initiatives
- Setting tasks & seeing projects through to completion
- Monitoring efficiencies & continuous development and improvement
- Overseeing general Health & Safety
- Ensuring all hygience requirements are catered for
