The Quality Manager position is an essential role within our Engineering and Manufacturing department, requiring a diligent individual with a keen eye for detail to maintain the quality standards in our manufacturing sites.

Description

  • Implement quality control procedures and standards in accordance with organisational guidelines
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
  • Provide training to staff on quality control and compliance procedures
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Experience in a quality role within manufacturing
  • Exposure to ISO9001 and BRC standards
  • Driving license and willing to move between two sites, also visiting customers and suppliers. Willingness to spend time at the Yorkshire ite for training.
