Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 (DOE) Basic + Commission Location: St HelensHours: Mon - Thurs (9am - 5:30pm), Friday (9am - 5pm) + 1 in 2 Saturday's (9am-12:30pm) with full day back in lieu

The Key Duties of the Lettings Negotiator:* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.* Conducting property viewings and providing informed advice to prospective tenants.* Negotiating terms and securing agreements for rental properties.* Completing inventories, checkouts, and property inspections to a high standard.* Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings regulations and standards.* Managing a portfolio of properties, including overseeing renewals and maintenance issues.* Proactively identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
The Key Requirements of the Lettings Negotiator:* Motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment* A minimum of 1 year experience in the property industry (desirable)* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills* A valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle* Strong knowledge of lettings regulations and property management practices
