Key Responsibilities:路 Planning and Teaching: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the curriculum, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.路 Assessment and Tracking: Regularly assess student progress and implement effective strategies to support both high-achieving students and those requiring additional support.路 Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that promotes student engagement and well-being.路 Collaboration: Work alongside the team and other staff members to ensure consistency and high standards in teaching and learning.路 Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure open communication and support for the children's academic progress.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:路 QTS and Experience: It is essential that you have QTS and experience teaching in a school setting in either a permanent or supply cover role.路 Safeguarding: Up-to-date Safeguarding training is imperative. If you haven't completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months, Prospero Teaching can provide you with a free course.

To be eligible for any job with Prospero Teaching, you must:路 Hold Right to Work in the UK.路 Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to process a new application.路 Provide two professional child-related references that cover at least the last two years.
