You will be expected to track and report developmental stages in connection with the EYFS curriculum and immerse yourself in daily activities. You will work as part of a team with small groups of SEND and mixed-ability children and encourage independence within the school day. You will work with the class Teacher to plan and set up work for the day and meet pupils' educational needs to set them up for lifelong learning. You will build strong and positive relationships with pupils and staff.
