Ironstone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to work with Children & Young people in a stunning brand newprovision based in Newton-Le-Willows.

The houseis in a beautiful part of Newton-Le-Willows and will be a warm and safehome for two young people. You will be part of a team where young people are at the forefront of our clients ethos. They may have suffered trauma and rejection and so the successful candidate will need to have empathy and understanding to encourage them to develop and ultimately achieve their ownpersonal success.

You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a leadership role within a Childrens Residential provision, have Level 3 qualifications in Residential Childcare and if you do not currently hold Level 5 in Leadership & Management, then be willing to work towards this.

You will receive 38,000 - 42,000 per annum.

You will be included in the clients Profit Sharing Scheme. This is avalable to all members of staff.

You must have a proven track record of understanding all the necessary legislative frameworks, as well as a good knowledge ofOfsted.

A full UK driving licence.

You will be required to do 2/3 sleep-ins a week. The advertised salary accounts for an average of 8 sleep-ins per month.

Your week will average 39 hours on a rota basis. There will be some flexibilty required to ensure the smooth running of the home.
