BSW - Blackburn:
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Behaviour Support worker to support children at a well-regarded secondary school in St Helens. You will be supporting children SEN children in a mainstream school.
Position Details:
- Location: St Helens
- Position: Behaviour Support Worker
- Hours: 0830 - 1530
- Minimum rate of pay: £90 per day, depending on experience
- Full time/part time: Full time only
- Type of work: Temporary
- Start date: 24/02/2025
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Team Teach qualification would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- An excellent understanding of behaviour management techniques
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in a team
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
