We're on the lookout for individuals who have the right values and a strong desire to support young people to join our team as Secure Care Workers at our Secure Children's Home. No experience is necessary - we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

About the Role:

As a Secure Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during challenging times. You'll work as part of a dedicated team to provide hands-on care and support, while encouraging young people to engage in daily activities, education, and health-related matters.

You'll also have the opportunity to focus on either intervention work or activity work, depending on your interests and strengths.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment
  • Helping them build self-confidence and develop essential life skills
  • Supporting their education, health, and independence
  • Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives

No two days are the same in this role - every young person is unique, and we're looking for someone who will treat them as individuals and inspire them to move forward.
