Key Responsibilities:

Working within SEND school environments, supporting children with special educational needs
Assisting the classroom teacher in managing lessons and student engagement
Offering tailored support to individual students or small groups with diverse SEND needs
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
Helping with classroom management and student progress monitoring

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or working with SEND children (preferred)
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children
Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality
A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
