### Qualifications and Experience:- Proven experience working with children with ASC and ADHD, ideally within a primary school setting- Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum and developmental needs of young children- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families- A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
