What We're Looking For:

  • Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working within a Primary Setting
  • Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
  • Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
  • Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).

Your Role:

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
  • Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
