Role DescriptionHGV Technician required to work in a busy Trailer/HGV workshop, previous experience is essential.Duties:Work to include carrying out service and maintenance of trailers, HGV's and LCV'sRequired Certification & Experience:* Must be conversant with current working methods, including MOT Preparation & Trailer and Vehicle diagnostics.* Experience with DAF vehicles would be beneficial as would a sound knowledge of LCV Maintenance and Repair procedures.* Experience of on-site inspections and attending breakdowns preferable.* HGV 1 licence is preferable but not essential.* City and Guilds / NVQ L3 in HGV Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Time served Technician.Hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18.00 with alternate Saturday 07.00 - 12.00 paid as 1.5x overtime rate.Salary: £39,250+Please call or email if you are interested!
