Reed Financial Services are working with a 40-year-old Financial Services providing financial security who are seeking a dedicated Client Support professional. This role is pivotal in providing administrative excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the client journey. Day to Day of the role:

  • Process new business efficiently, including research, trades, fund switches, and liaising with product providers to ensure correct setup and processing.
  • Support with valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews to facilitate efficient and effective client meetings.
  • Act as a communication link between clients and advisers, keeping both parties informed on financial matters.
  • Maintain and update client information on relevant systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Provide post-meeting administrative support to advisers, adhering to agreed timescales.
  • Report any complaints, breaches, or losses to the Commercial Director promptly.
  • Perform general administrative duties to meet deadlines, maintain records, and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and develop technical, product, and industry knowledge to work effectively.
  • Contribute to process improvements, developments, and business projects.
  • Support with suitability, cashflow, and client portal management in line with company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage workloads and adhere to deadlines.
  • Advanced data and IT skills, including data input, accuracy, and navigation.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and advisers.
  • Desirable: Experience in financial advisory, industry and product knowledge, Certificate in Financial Administration or equivalent, and familiarity with Intelliflo Office and/or The Openwork Partnership’s ConcertHub system.
