Role: Sales Account Manager

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Mon – Thur 8.30am – 5pm, Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm

Salary: Up to £26,500 plus bonus

I am looking for a motivated and passionate sales account manager to join an established company based just outside of St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

What will you be doing in the sales account manager role?

  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Obtain orders, cross and upsell as required to maintain and develop relationships with existing clients
  • Inputting orders onto Merlin CRM system
  • Work closely with other colleagues in the Sales team to meet monthly sales targets;
  • Attend Trade shows and site visits where required.

What we would like from you:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Microsoft Office/CRM knowledge
  • Experience in an office-based sales environment
  • Ability to quickly learn about products in order to confidently sell 
  • Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone
