Customer Service Agent - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

We are working on behalf of the client in recruiting a Customer Service Agents to join their busy team.
We also have an exciting range of QC, Packers, Printers and Assembly roles at the same location - these pay rates range from £12.70 to £13.00 per hour.
Customer Service Agent Pay and Hours:
- £12.57 to £14.05 per hour
- Your hourly rate is dependent on how many years customer service experience you have, and if you have high volume inbound phone experience.
- Monday to Friday
- 08.00am to 17.30pm
- 33 days holiday per year
Customer Service Agent General Duties:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Resolving queries and complaints
- Placing and amending orders online
- Excel skills
- IT literate
- Updating spreadsheets
Located in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the behind-the-scenes of their top products.
As part of our close-knit team, you'll be the friendly face behind all things golf related, providing support to their trade partners with order processing, tackling their queries, and problem-solving.
You will also be focused, with the ability to cope under pressure, ensuring work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, as well as help drive continuous improvement.
