General Operatives - St Ives, Cambridgeshire

From April rates are £13.00ph machine ops & £12.70ph pick/pack ops
*07.00am to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday, 07.00am to 13.30pm on Fridays
*normal start time is 07.30 - these hours are for a few weeks, please ask for further detail

Our client will give you, access to client sales, free gym, free parking, subsidised canteen, free hot drinks (latte, chocolate, tea, selection of coffees) plus water fountains including free cordials.

Prior to your induction, you will have a tour of their operations.

You don't need any experience; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role!

Working pattern:

07.00 to 16.30pm Monday to Thursday

Hourly rate:

Machine & Print £11.95 per hour (in April @£13.00)
All other roles £11.44 per hour (i April @£12.70)
Paid weekly

Golf Club Operative main duties:

12 week training program.
Learn how to use the individual machines.
Amending golf clubs to order.
Lengthening, shortening, increasing, decreasing the weight.
Changing club-heads.
Able to work under pressure, this role is measured, you are given offer you full support to reach your goals.
Using bespoke tools.
Working well as part of a teamwork.

Golf Ball Print Operative main duties:

6 week training program.
Learn how to use specific golf ball print machines
Full support given during your training - one on one coaching
Weekly feedback on your performance
