Our client, based near St. Ives is seeking an Administrator to join them on a contract basis until June 2026 to cover for a period of maternity. In this role you will be working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and an earlier finish of 4.30 on a Friday.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible to provide administrative support to the team and will be responsible to process orders/ and proformas, raise PO’s, updating internal logs, checking, and submitting artwork for client approval, general office duties including filing providing cover for other team members, liaising with internal teams and updating databases.
To be considered for the role of Administrator you will have previous administrative experience and will be a confident user of MS Office/email/Internet. Working with excellent attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential skills for this position. Own transport is essential.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £22,500 - £24,000 depending on experience, contributory pension scheme, on-site parking, 25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare scheme, training opportunities.
