This is a busy signage and graphics place. A small, tight-knit team getting stuff done. Nobody is above their pay grade, everybody pulls in the same direction, providing top levels of service to your customers. 

You'll have to be a dab hand within the Print (Large Format) and/or Signage world as this is what you'll be doing. Various projects, and various clients all going on at one time. You could be wrapping a van in 3M vinyl in the morning and then off to the local school to install some new signage in the afternoon. It's never a dull moment in this place and it will keep you on your toes.  

If you're from the signage/graphics world, you know that this isn't anything out of the ordinary, and you love it! 

Working here is great fun. Spade is a spade, you're joining a business that knows its stuff, a business where your clients value your experience, knowledge and wisdom, a business where no matter who you are, if it's your turn to brew up, it better be a good one (with biscuits!). To give an idea of size, there are 16 of you and the owner is still very much hands on too. So you'll certainly be integral in the development of the business. 

Attitude is important on this one. I think you need to know your capabilities but attitude, behaviours, and personality all have to be positive, optimistic and engaging. These are a small but mighty team who turn out some amazing work, and they can only do that by working hard together, backing each other and living the moto of just getting it done. 

So talking of getting stuff done, what is it that you will be doing? Well... 

You'll have experience in vinyl wrapping, sign installation, printing (hopefully) delivery of goods, stand building, stand breakdown, print finishing and everything in between. Exposure to a similar signage or printing business will be good, as mentioned, as you'll be exposed to lots of different elements of the job. What won't work is if you are used to 'stay inside your box, do what you're paid to do'.

So if you're reading this, know you make a solid brew, are comfortable in dealing with clients, suppliers, directors, teammates and print and signage equipment, then this is probably right up your street.
