St-Ives39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9- 5.30, Friday 9.00-4.30We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer in the building materials sector is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to support their sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and processing brick sample requests to meet daily production targets.
  • Carrying out slip cutting and special shape preparation at docks.
  • Coordinating orders of third-party materials and managing stock levels.
  • Handling the correct packing and shipment of finished sample panels and marketing materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records and administrative documentation related to production.
  • Supporting the storage and organisation of exhibition stands and displays.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE and internal quality procedures.
  • Communicating regularly with the internal sales team regarding sample requests and logistics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse support role.
  • Valid RTITB Forklift Counterbalance Certificate is ideal.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and order processing tools.
  • Ability to work systematically, follow procedures, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
