Dedicated Property Fee Earner sought on a full time basis with a renowned practice in Cambridgeshire.Our client is a well-established practice who blend traditional values with modern technology, to deliver a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals and businesses across East Anglia. Staffed by dedicated fee earners and support staff, who are rightly proud of their reputation, for putting client’s first, they have a loyal and growing client base which includes multiple generations of the same family. The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Property Fee Earner to join our clients’ flourishing, CQS accredited practice in Huntingdon. Becoming part of a growing team of specialists, the successful Fee Earner will manage a full and varied caseload of Property matters, focusing on Residential Property matters or with a broader mix of work. Acting for a broad client base, the ideal Fee Earner will handle matters to include:
  • sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;
  • transfers of equity;
  • development projects;
  • lease extensions;
  • landlord and tenant
  • property finance.
Additional participation in business development activities, building client relationships to ensure the further growth and success of the firm will form an essential part of the role.   • You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee-earning Paralegal with a solid background gained within a reputable Property department.
  • You must have excellent technical skills with expertise in Residential Property transactional work.
  • You will be client-focused with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • An aptitude for business development would be advantageous.
