Our client is a medium-sized niche business based in a village location. They are a surveying company with 30 years' experience specializing in a particular niche. Operating from very smart offices they are in easy access to the A14 and have plenty of free parking available.

This is a position that is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in a customer care environment. The successful candidate will receive training and support to help them develop their skills and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Responding to and sorting incoming emails.
  • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Providing a high level of customer service to our clients and contractors Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • A good team player who is able to work with different departments within the office.

Competencies

Strong organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A full clean driving license and access to own transport would be necessary due to the office location being just outside FENSTANTON.
