Senior Social Media Content Creator

£30,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Our client is looking for an experienced & creative Senior Social Media Content Creator.  This is a very exciting opportunity to shape how the brand connects with the world. Your creativity will drive meaningful conversations, build communities, and leave a lasting impact.

As the Senior Social Media Content Creator, you will:  

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (posts, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter).
  • Monitor trends and emerging platform features to ensure content stays fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing/sales teams to align content with broader campaigns and objectives.
  • Be confident in front of the camera, showcasing products, sharing insights, and connecting directly with the audience in an authentic and engaging way.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to content strategy.

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Have a prepared portfolio to shows your skills as part of your application - please send this along with your CV (as an attachment or link).    
  • Proven experience in social media content creation, platform management and analytics tools (ideally from a manufacturing, production or industrial background, but not essential).    
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software such as the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom etc.). 
  • Skilled in video presentation, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for storytelling in everything you do.
