Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in groups.
  • Help teachers prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Provide additional support to students who need extra help with tasks or understanding.
  • Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Monitor and track student progress and help provide feedback where required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A compassionate and positive approach with a passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying classroom needs.
  • No formal qualifications required; however, experience with children or in a classroom setting is desirable.
  • A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting children’s learning.
