This role requires you to manage and support Quality assurance checks on printed golf balls.

You will accrue 33 days holiday per year, and our client offers an excellent hourly rate, plus occasional overtime.
This vacancy is based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Previous experience working within a Quality Control environment. Computer literate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail are required in this role.

Shifts for Quality Control Operative;
- 07.30 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday
- 07.30 to 13.00 Fridays

Hourly Pay:
- £12.49 per hour
- 12 weeks temp to perm
Main Duties for the Quality Control Operative;
Our client requires for you to proactively and confidently address operational challenges while maintaining a safety-first approach.
As part of the Quality Control team your duties are working in the Logo Ball operations area is to inspect final quality assurance checks for all processes.
Calibration of production machinery and keeping accurate records on the Quality Control database.
Be able to self-manage your workload and co-ordinate with other departments, have a good eye for detail and confident in making decisions
- Quality assurance checks on printed golf balls.
- Using the current design sheets and art work these audits consist of checking print quality, colours, legibility of text, and overall size and placement.
- Calibration checks of critical production machinery and keeping accurate records on the Quality Control database.
- Incoming goods inwards checking as required for both operations & distribution.
