- Manage billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Lead credit control activities, including reporting and action planning.
- Process bank transactions, monthly reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
- Support audit preparations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Collaborate on financial system improvements and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
- Provide guidance to the Finance Assistant and handle administrative duties.
- Minimum Level 3 AAT qualification (or working towards an accountancy qualification).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
