Sonic Summary

Our client, a specialist Conveyancing practice based in Sussex, is seeking a Conveyancer Lawyer who can manage busy caseloads of sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling cases from initial instruction through to Exchange and Completion, with additional experience in Shared Ownerships, RTBs, and Lease Extensions being advantageous.
Successful applicants will work within teams and utilize the firm's Case Management systems, requiring good IT skills and the ability to collaborate with junior lawyers and support staff.
The role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing for up to 50% remote work depending on experience.
Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications, including performance and target-related bonuses.

Are you a Conveyancer Lawyer seeking a role which offers a mix of office and home/remote working?

Our client is a specialist Conveyancing practice based in Sussex seeking Residential Property Lawyers who are able to manage busy caseloads of sales, purchases and re-mortgages all the way from initial instruction through to Exchange and Completion. Any experience with Shared Ownerships, RTBs and Lease Extensions would be an added advantage.

Working within teams, the successful Conveyancer will be using the firms Case Management systems whilst being supported by a team of junior lawyers and support staff - good IT skills required.

This role offers a mix of office and home/remote working up to 50% of the week (dependant on experience).

Salary will be based on experience/qualification including performance and target related bonus's
