You will be working in a fantastic residential Care Home for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

We have the following jobs available

• DAYS- 39 hours (3 1/2 x 12 hour shifts with unpaid breaks) per week, 08:00 to 20:00, including alternate weekends.
• NIGHTS- 33 hours (3 x 12 hour shifts with unpaid breaks) per week, 20:00 to 08:00, including alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well.
• Dutieswill be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing.
• In addition, you will administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records.
