- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in-house system, including comprehensive notes and filed correspondence.
- Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
- Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately. Skills and experience required for a Customer Care assistant:
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Professional and confident telephone manner, previous experience answering calls is desirable.Â
- Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
