Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our Redstone Wills team based in Hastings.Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm (one hour unpaid lunch break)Hourly Rate: £11.80 per hour (based on salary of £23,000)As a Customer Care Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the Will drafting team and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's day-to-day administrative tasks.Key roles and responsibilities of a Customer Care Assistant:
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in-house system, including comprehensive notes and filed correspondence.
  • Manage the processing of Wills for storage, including verification of validity and reprinting invalid Wills.
  • Process changes of address and update clients' files accurately. Skills and experience required for a Customer Care assistant:
Skills and Experience required to be a successful Customer Care Assistant:
  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner, previous experience answering calls is desirable. 
  • Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious.
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
