Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Payroll Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process the monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, including pensions, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax and pension regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare relevant reports.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with external providers and auditors as necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
