We’re looking for a Trainee Will Drafter to join our dynamic legal team at Redstone Wills.At Redstone Wills, we provide expert advice and key legal documents to our clients. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and declarations of severance, all while developing your legal drafting and client communication skills.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drafting essential legal documents: You’ll use our specialized software to produce Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other vital documents for clients.
  • Client interaction: Whether by phone or email, you’ll liaise with clients and consultants to address queries and provide legal guidance.
  • Meeting targets: Working closely with the Legal Team Manager, you’ll ensure the timely production of accurate, high-quality legal documents.
  • Staying organized: You’ll manage your caseload, keeping track of cases and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
  • IT proficiency: You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and be quick to adapt to new software.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy is key in drafting legal documents, and your keen eye will ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Great communication skills: Whether written or verbal, you’ll confidently interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Time management: You can prioritize and multitask, ensuring you hit your targets while maintaining a high standard of work.
  • A team player: You’ll work collaboratively with your team, but also have the initiative to work independently when needed.
