The School and Role:

Vision for Education are looking for a committed and dynamic Cover Supervisor to work at a range of Secondary schools across the St Leonards area with the possibility of going long term or permanent in one setting,As a Cover Supervisor with aspirations to become a teacher, you play a crucial role in keeping education on track when regular teachers are absent. You oversee entire classes during short-term absences, ensuring students complete assigned work and fostering a positive classroom.

Requirements:

The desired Cover Supervisor will;

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of educational professionals
Have a passion for working with young people
Be confident
Have a genuine interest in moving into teaching and a passion for working with young people
