Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5.
- Inspire and support students in developing their skills and confidence in both literature and language.
- Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Support the wider school community through extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities.
- Has a DBS on the update service or prepare to obtain one.
- Hold QTS, a PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, student-focused lessons.
- Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high expectations for all learners.
