The Role:   Initially, this role will be office-based, allowing you to learn the ropes. After a successful induction and probation period, a hybrid office/home working model will be made available to suitable staff members. Using modern systems, you will engage with key stakeholders in the Health and Social Care sector to understand their training needs. You will become an expert in funding and incentives, enabling you to guide customers on the options available to them. Your honesty and integrity will build trust with customers, and you will manage the accounts you bring on board into the future.   The role will transition from new business development into an account management position as you secure new business. Before long, you will generate significant sales from your accounts, reducing the need for new business acquisition. For your accounts, you will provide the latest information on funding and track learner progress. You will address any issues that arise and understand the ongoing training needs of your clients.
