Vibe Recruit's client is looking for a Part Time Construction Administrator to join a small Building Services team based in Cardiff. A background in construction administration is essential.

As a Construction Administrator, you will be working closely with the Director of the company. You will provide administrative support to facilitate a smooth flow of information between design and operational colleagues for projects currently underway and to assist with the forward planning of future projects.

The role solely site based as you will work closely with the construction team. A small team that consists of the Director and 4 full time construction workers. There maybe occasions where you may need to travel with the team to attend meetings for minutes etc.

This is a permanent, part time contract.

24hrs per week which can either be worked as 3 full days or over 4 days (e.g. 8am - 2.30pm).

Location - Cardiff

Duties include of a Construction Administrator

  • Organise and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Inbox management.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is embedded within the team and complete necessary H&S Audit documentation in conjunction with the external H&S Consultants.
  • Ensuring accurate recording and reporting progress is maintained.
  • Manage and organise office preparation, procedures, programmes and filing systems
  • Allocate tasks and assignments to Building Services team as directed
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Send official quotation documents to suppliers/customers
  • General ad-hoc duties as required by the company
