Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for calling mortgage brokers to generate specialist mortgage business and to cultivate lasting relationships with introducing brokers. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by promoting our unique offerings and ensuring that our partners feel supported and valued.

  • Proactively reach out to mortgage brokers to generate new specialist mortgage business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with introducing brokers through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of our specialist mortgage products and services effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership with brokers.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to brokers to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of business and address any broker inquiries.
  • Achieve and exceed set targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or a similar role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the brokerage market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: 25,000 + Bonus (38,000 OTE)

Hours: Monday to Friday - Normal Hours - 9am - 5pm - Core Office hours have to be between 10am - 4pm. (Fridays finish at 3pm)
