This leading accountancy firm in St Neots is looking for an enthusiastic Semi Senior Accountant to join their forward-thinking team.

Job Purpose

Preparation of statutory and management accounts for a range of clients.
Preparation of year-end financial statements.
Assisting with corporate and personal tax planning work.
VAT returns.
Basic audit duties.
Supporting clients with cloud-based accounting software.
Confidently liaise with clients, supporting with queries and building trusted relationships.
Working closely with senior team members, handling duties as required.

Job Requirements

AAT qualified and possibly studying towards ACCA, ACA or CA.
At 2 years of accountancy practice experience.
Audit experience is desirable but not essential.
A positive, can-do attitude to problem-solving.
A confident and supportive approach to mentoring.
A team player who is eager to learn from an experienced team.
Sound communication skills.
Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
