Are you an experienced Education Data Manager based in North Cambridgeshire or looking to work remotely (with the odd visit)?

We're seeking someone to provide accurate, timely, and insightful data.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management : Oversee the MIS and associated systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, strong understanding of school MIS systems (ideally Bromcom) and data analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management : Oversee the MIS and associated systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, strong understanding of school MIS systems (ideally Bromcom) and data analysis techniques.

Strategic Insights: Analysis of data especially Assessment, to inform key decisions and drive improvements in student outcomes.

Reporting Excellence: Produce comprehensive reports for SLT, governors, and external bodies.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and other data tools.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
