When you're an experienced sales professional, you need to know that your business can produce the solutions you are selling. Luckily for you, this business has been operating for many, many years.  Growth is the only way forward. They've developed, reinvented, and adapted the solutions to their ever-changing market space.   

Operating in the world of Large Format Print, we are looking for you to be coming from this industry. Whilst it is a solution you will be selling, it is a technical solution. For the ease of the clients and you hitting the ground running, you will need to have that print knowledge within your armoury. 

Large Format print is vast. I get that, so no matter what you've sold; Exhibition Display, Building Wraps, Sports Branding, Vehicle Livery, Window Graphics etc the kit they have, can accommodate your portfolio of clients. 

It'll be difficult for you to move because you're smashing it. Hitting the numbers, earning the commission. We all understand that. We've worked together to have an open mind on the setup of the package and the flexibility to entice those smashing it, into the business. So no matter if you're on a high salary and low commission or low salary and high commission, we're flexible. 

Of course, as a sales professional you'll be motivated by the commission, the earning potential and the base salary. Bear in mind though, you can only earn those potential numbers if the situation allows. Is the OTE realistic? Can you sell limitless solutions? Both answers are yes here! 

The role here is about driving new business. Developing the relationships on some of the house accounts, and looking at lapsed accounts at where you could possibly pick up some work, if you're good at building those bridges! You'll have internal support with everything in house from Creative, Estimating / Client Services, Production and Delivery. There's nothing you can't keep control of. We all know salespeople love control!
