Exciting Apprenticeship Opportunity in Credit Control
Are you a school leaver looking for a fantastic start to your career in finance? We're thrilled to announce a new apprenticeship, you will be joining the Credit Control Department based in St Neots. This hands-on role will give you the chance to gain valuable experience and build fundamental knowledge as you take on essential tasks across all areas of Credit Control.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our supportive team, you'll gain practical experience across a variety of Credit Control activities, including:
- Matching and clearing credit and debit note contra-entries
- Posting customer remittances and credit card transactions
- Investigating unallocated amounts and deductions
- Preparing and issuing monthly statements and dunning letters
- Tracking payment performance and handling overdue accounts
- Contributing to the development of our credit management system
- Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve disputed accounts
