Exciting Apprenticeship Opportunity in Credit Control

Are you a school leaver looking for a fantastic start to your career in finance? We're thrilled to announce a new apprenticeship, you will be joining the Credit Control Department based in St Neots. This hands-on role will give you the chance to gain valuable experience and build fundamental knowledge as you take on essential tasks across all areas of Credit Control.

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of our supportive team, you'll gain practical experience across a variety of Credit Control activities, including:

  • Matching and clearing credit and debit note contra-entries
  • Posting customer remittances and credit card transactions
  • Investigating unallocated amounts and deductions
  • Preparing and issuing monthly statements and dunning letters
  • Tracking payment performance and handling overdue accounts
  • Contributing to the development of our credit management system
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve disputed accounts
