Home based / Hybrid(1 day per month in the head office in Cambridgeshire)

A fantastic success story, our client is expanding and are looking to recruitFluent German speaking Customer Service Advisorwho enjoy Customer Service and Teamwork. It is a busy environment working with other Customer Service Advisor who speak a variety of European languages. The Customer Service Advisor will be talking exclusively to their German customers; taking service calls; resolving customer queries from enquiry to order, delivery, and payment - ensuring that a satisfactory conclusion is reached. The successful Customer Service Advisor will need to have a passion for excellent Customer Service and show that they have the following skills:

* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

*Must be fluent in both oral and written German and English

* Excellent communication skills with both internal & external customers

* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach

* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning

This role will behome-basedhowever candidates must be able to travel to the office approximately 1 day per month - the office is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire area. You must live within 2hrs / 100 miles of the office. Candidates that wish to relocate can possibly be offered assistance and support. The role is shift based and will involve a rotational shift pattern:
