Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to company associates who will reach out to you via phone and email.
- Resolve queries on a wide variety of complex topics and process orders and changes.
- Resolve and process customer orders and queries
- Take prompt and appropriate action for the customers
- Assist new customers with their enquires and setting up accounts
- Process and complete administration of payments
We are looking for:
- English, and German at least C1 (near-native) level.Â
- Great communication skills
- Willingness to learn new things
- Candidates who are currently based in the UK and are eligible to work in the UK or who hold UK passport
