I am currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to work for a fantastic organisation based just south of St Neots. They’re looking for someone who has experience working in a sales and customer service environment and is a real people person. This role can be based from Cambridge or St Neots.

Working hours: 7am-5pm + excellent benefits

Typical duties would include:

  • Responding to customers, via phone, email and webchat
  • Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers where required
  • Processing orders and returns
  • Liaising with all departments daily, from warehouse to finance to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Making sure the internal system is up to date with customer activity

The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience within a fast-paced customer service/sales support environment
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient IT skills with Outlook, Word & Excel
