Junior Quality Engineer - Electronics | St NeotsFull-Time | Permanent | Salary DOE

Actio Recruitment is assisting our electronics client in St Neots with their search for a Junior Quality Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality-focused individual looking to develop their career within a well-established and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in managing the local Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain and oversee the internal and external supplier audit program
  • Support customers with quality requirements, including standards compliance, ISIR, FMEA updates, and root cause analysis (8D analysis)
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality standards are met and drive continuous improvement
  • Visit customers and suppliers as required to ensure quality compliance and build strong working relationships
